    Forms look nice and fast, but seems this branch of pak mei doesn’t use floating and swallowing horse transitions (fow & tun) , which is suppossed to be a trademark of Pak Mei.

    I’ve seen many Pak Mei practitioners but never with this level of speed!

    what do you think of Han Zhong Luo foshan bakmei? he does a sup jee that is alot different than what i know aswell…

    ahhh, yes I see now, forgive me as it’s been 2 years since I did proper pak mei forms. Totally amazing, I should get back to my pak mei training again.
    Thanks to Your videos it has made me practice my favorite forms again ( gau bo tuei/9 step push and 3 door openings etc) Amazing work you are doing and keep up the good training!

    first one looks like sup jee kuen, but with a slight modification(no kicks) second one is jus sup jee but with kicks(the full version i suppose?) the rest are all sup jee from what I can see, been a while since i’ve trained pak mei.
