this is probably the closest ive seen yet to the sup jee ive learned… i am of the clc branch in vancouver bc… where are you from? whos you sifu? sigung? sijo?(assuming you are a later gen and sigung or sijo isnt clc himself)…anyways, i agree with others… good form, needs power and by god maaaan turn in those knees, this aint hung gar… lol… i see this clip is old, so i imagine you are very good at sup jee by now… can we see another newer clip???

Movements are accurate and on point, but that is about it. No signs of ging development, no ferocity, 6 gings, or TTFC. Very beginner practitioner in my opinion. Work on jekbo more instead. -

You can roughly guess which period that a sifu in the CLC system learnt from CLC. From my observations of the different pak mei schools, the above appears to be the earlier versions of CLC teaching the sub jee i.e. when CLC was in Guangzhou. -

Nice effort. Every Sifu in the CLC system seems to have there own forms and to perform them their own way. Compare this to Kwong Man Fong’s school video from ESPY-TV. They do it much looser and much faster. But I have to say, I haven’t seen one I don’t like yet. -
