Well i live in the uk in wales and i checked an website for martial arts near cardiff and there was bak mei. A style my dad did a little bit of when he was a child in hong kong.
Bak Mei Tiger Claw conditioning using bucket filled with chick peas.
Begin with the hand in tiger claw formation a few inches above the bucket. Impact claw into bucket while rotating in a clockwise manner while squeezing. After you complete the desired amount of reps, do them in a counterclockwise direction. Also execute the drill with the opposite hand in both cw and ccw directions.
When the chick peas no longer pose a challenge move onto beans.
